RETURN POLICY
At Cosmic, we carefully inspect every product before it leaves us. Each item is photographed before shipping to make sure it is in perfect condition.
Because of this, our return and exchange policy is quite strict.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, but only if the item meets the following conditions:
The item must be unworn
The item must be unwashed
The item must be in the same condition it was received
Items that show any signs of use or damage cannot be returned.
Damaged Items
Every Cosmic product is photographed before being shipped. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for clothing that was damaged after delivery.
If an item arrives with a problem caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are limited and depend on product availability. We recommend carefully checking sizes and product details before ordering.
